Autodesk inventor is used to create 3D solid models, assemblies and 2D drawings.
Assemblies can be checked for interference fits and a bill of materials can be produced, listing all components including nuts, washers, bolts and bearings.
We use Pathtrace Edgecam to create our CNC milling programs. Drawings can be imported from Inventor as well as industry standard IGES, DWG and DXF files.
Edgecam can cope with multiplane machining using our 4th axis tables.
Each machining sequence is simulated and checked for tool collision before outputting the code for machining. |
